"There's nothing like...spoon fed tortellini" Eating in Bologna Take 2

Casa Altabella was recommended to me by a friend I met in Madrid. The service was absolutely terrible, but the gluten free tortellini, a dish which Bologna created, was incredible! So if you would like to try the classic dish, just make sure to bring your patience, and be prepared to not get drinks - just a really good gluten free tortellini!
