"Quality of life here in Quebec is extraordinary" Exploring in Quebec

My sister and I got to explore all of Old Quebec during our few days in Quebec, CA. We had so much fun even though it was freezing cold. We got to see the Breakneck Steps, Citadelle and the Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. We also went tubing and ice skating which is where we were practically peeing our pants laughing at each other.

We went the week of Christmas but made traveling difficult, but going during that time gave it an amazing winter wonderland.
