"Let food be the medicine" Eating in Phoenix

  • There’s an amazing luxury restaurant called The Roy’s. On their menu I saw they had something you don’t see everyday - a tofu steak. Believe it or not, it was worth the try! The people that work at the restaurant, from the manager to the bus boy, everyone was incredibly educated on gluten free items on their menu. To close out my meal, I would order the Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle for dessert. It was the best dessert I’ve ever had in my entire life. So much so - I didnt even get to take a photo of it! It was in my tummy moments

  • Grimaldi’s Pizzeria was a good place to have something reasonable. I got to make a custom gluten free pizza. Problem was, they originally sent me a regular pizza even though I chose gluten free on my grubhub order. So this is something to look out for if you order from here. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was reasonably priced and filled me up when I needed it to.
