"I approach cooking from a science angle" Eating in Florence Take 2

  • Lorenzo de Medici

    • My father and I went and checked out this AIC approved restaurant for dinner. I'm not sure what it was, but the food was just not up to the standards of everywhere else we ate. Perhaps if this was the first stop, we would have been able to appreciate it more.

  • La Giostra

    • The last time I was in Florence, my sister and I came here and we had a fabulous time. So this was my one request for my birthday. It did not live up to my memory, it became incredibly crowded and the waiters were not as focused in creating a safe gluten free experience. But I still enjoyed my meal!

  • La Carraia in Santa Croce

    • My sister brought me to this gelato shop so as a special birthday treat for myself, I got myself some gelato with a gluten free cone! It was really delicious!
