"Here people cycled with reckless swagger" Exploring Amsterdam

I went around a lot of Amsterdam (except the red light district). Most of what I saw mainly relates to Anne Frank. Looking at the Anne Frank House, seeing where she grew up, and then I wandered through the city.

If you want to go see inside the Anne Frank House, be aware you need to book your ticket months in advance.

My favorite thing to see while walking around Amsterdam, was the ease everyone rides a bike around town. Many people are able to pedal around without using their hands! For whatever reason that tickled me every time I saw it.

If you're looking into study abroad programs, or want a lovely time off of work, I highly recommend Amsterdam as a city that should be on your bucket list.
