"Food is the ingredient that bind us together" Eating in Salzburg

Die Weisse

  • This was a typical, traditional Austrian restaurant. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating for gluten free meals. They also had a gluten free menu!

The Heart of Joy

  • This was a great experience and they were willing to do whatever I needed to have the best experience possible for my breakfast. It was a great spot for breakfast before going for my tours!

Ludwig

  • I enjoyed my burger and milkshake here. It wasn't the greatest burger I've ever had, but filled me up for my lunch so I could keep moving. The staff wasn't too friendly from my memory, but again I got the meal I needed for some energy to keep going with my day!

Cafe Bazar

  • This was a pretty expensive breakfast, but had some good gluten free options when breakfast options in the city was limited.

L’Osteria

  • This probably wouldn't surprise anyone - but the pasta here wasn't my favorite. But if all else fails - has the gluten free option!

Augustiner Braugasthof Krimperlstatter

  • A really good Austrian restaurant and they were able to accommodate the gluten allergy!

Sternbrau

  • This was another decent option for Austrian food!
