"Food is a pretty good prism through which to view humanity" Eating in Munich
A really cute spot where I was able to have a nice breakfast. Had hasbrowns with eggs and gluten free bread. Really hit the spot to be able to do a 5 1/2 hour tour with no breaks.
Please be aware this is a cash only.
This was a really nice and crowded Italian place right near Marienplatz. It was decent to check out if you need someplace to go before/after a tour.
Isabella Gluten Free Patisserie
Not too far from Marienplatz (it seems to be the main meet up place for tours) is a 100% gluten free bakery! If you would like to eat a meal here, you need to make sure you have reservations!
Had decent options for gluten free meals!
This is a 100% gluten free restaurant in Munich. The quality of the food wasn't the greatest, but it hit the spot!
On New Years Eve I made sure to have dinner here. There was some confusion in the asked for my order ahead of time, but that was seemingly forgotten about when the waitress took my order. Also, needed to keep repeating that I was gluten free. At a certain point, they even provided me food that I did not order which could've resulted me in being sick. I will say the food was good, and would probably be a more positive experience when not on a holiday.
