"(Denver) is an oasis, an otherworldly mountain place"

Denver was a rough trip for me health wise. I had a lot to push through and I couldn't really appreciate the city surrounding me. But what I did appreciate was the scenary. Every time I looked out a window it took my breath away. It felt like it was a backdrop to a Hollywood movie set. But it wasn't. It was real.

I'm not an outdoorsy person so I will probably never quite fit in a place like Denver. But if I ever needed a place to shut down my mind and escape the world - Denver is a great place to do that.
